The UF48B-01 Steelheart series undercounter two section freezer with stainless doors is a space saving workhorse. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100 degree F ambient conditions. With a net capacity of 12 cu-ft this efficient undercounter freezer and front air flow design is perfect for hot/tight kitchens. The UF48B-01 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from accidental damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The UF48B-01 also includes two epoxy coated wire shelves adjustable in 1/2'' increments on anodized aluminum supports, four 4'' stem casters (two with brakes) are standard, plus a field reversible, spring assisted self closing door with stay open feature (no kit required). Electrical consumption of 3.6 kW-hr/day at 3.6 A, 10 ft long cord with a 5-15P NEMA plug. Includes cylinder locks (-01) (factory installed). The unit is ETL safety (US and C) listed, ETL sanitation, Georgia made certified and includes a five years compressor warranty/three years parts and labor warranty.

Hoshizaki Electric Company was established in February, 1947 in Nagoya, Japan by Mr. Shigetoshi Sakamoto. One of the first electrical products sold by Hoshizaki Electric was vehicle horns. Over the years, Hoshizaki Electric has manufactured and sold a variety of products to include stoves, refrigerators, vending machines, water purifiers, servers and dispensers, ice-makers and refrigerated show cases. As a subsidiary of Hoshizaki Electric, Hoshizaki America was established in Los Angeles, California in December 1981. The Hoshizaki America facility in Peachtree City, Georgia was completed in 1986. An additional manufacturing facility in Griffin, Georgia began operation in early 2001. Hoshizaki America presently manufactures and markets a wide range of commercial icemakers, dispensers, refrigerators and related products to customers throughout the western hemisphere.
