The DCM-271BAH-OS is capable of producing approximately 257 lbs. of cubelet nugget-style ice cubes per day, The built-in storage bin will hold up to 10 lbs. of ice at a time. This Air-cooled icemaker has an LED remote sensor for hands-free operation with opaque containers. This sanitary icemaker/dispenser features a user-friendly dispensing mechanism that allows easy to chew, cubelet ice to be dispensed hands free. This model features Advanced CleanCycle24 design - it performs a 2 second purge every hour to clean itself and it is protected by H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent. The sanitary dispenser design keeps ice fully contained until it is needed, minimizing the opportunity for cross-contamination and keeping your ice clean. Keep your kitchen running smoothly with this cubelet ice and water dispenser. Stand not included. Rated in accordance with AHRI Standard 820(I-P). Capacity based on 100 percent of total volume x 30 lbs./cu-ft average density of ice.

Hoshizaki Electric Company was established in February, 1947 in Nagoya, Japan by Mr. Shigetoshi Sakamoto. One of the first electrical products sold by Hoshizaki Electric was vehicle horns. Over the years, Hoshizaki Electric has manufactured and sold a variety of products to include stoves, refrigerators, vending machines, water purifiers, servers and dispensers, ice-makers and refrigerated show cases. As a subsidiary of Hoshizaki Electric, Hoshizaki America was established in Los Angeles, California in December 1981. The Hoshizaki America facility in Peachtree City, Georgia was completed in 1986. An additional manufacturing facility in Griffin, Georgia began operation in early 2001. Hoshizaki America presently manufactures and markets a wide range of commercial icemakers, dispensers, refrigerators and related products to customers throughout the western hemisphere.
